Community Connections Healthcare Services (CCHS) is a community based Mental Health agency dedicated to providing services and supports to consumers and their families. Our services promote the acquiring of skills that will assist consumers and their families at achieving habilitative, rehabilitative and recovery goals. Through a strengths based, culturally sensitive, person centered and comprehensive system of care method; we are able to deliver services that will empower and promote positive and lasting changes. We offer Mental Health as well as Developmental Disability Services to youth, adults and families in North Carolina.
Our mission was and is to create services that address the previously unmet needs of the community with quality community based services.
